Looking for a candidate who is electrically qualified within 18th edition electrical wiring regulations and has experience working within critical environments.
HVAP also highly desirableContinental shift patternPlease apply for more information on the client and full JD.Responsibilities / Essential SkillsYou will be fully responsible for the operation and maintenance of critical / essential mechanical and electrical equipment within Buildings and Data Centre's, ensuring no loss time incidents or impact to business continuity.
Advise the Facilities Management Team of changes in critical environment requirementsA good, all-round knowledge of Generators, electrical systems, UPS, Chiller Heating & Ventilation / Air Conditioning and building management systems and their methods of control.
High Voltage experience – desirableElectrician with recognised qualifications (apprenticeship, HND, C&G)18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations - essentialPrevious experience in operating data centres/critical environments - desirableIOSH or equivalent H&S trainingUnderstanding of water hygiene (L8) - desirableBMS Controls experience / HVAC experience - desirableOperational experience of UPS, Standby Power and Critical Environment CoolingSupport critical environment related technical audits
