WORKING HOURS:
Day shifts with early finish on Fridays

SALARY:
£17.95 per hour

PERKS:
Yearly bonus of 3-5% of salary, private medical insurance, 26 days of holiday plus Bank Holidays.

Company Overview

Are you an experienced CNC Technician looking for a new opportunity in Wellingborough? Our client is a well-established company seeking a skilled CNC Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for precision machining of unique parts according to design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating CNC lathes to manufacture standard and custom components.
• Utilizing CNC machinery to produce parts.
• Maintaining accurate records of job time and materials used.
• Assisting in machine build modifications for engineering and production teams.
• Providing parts for research and development purposes.

To excel as a CNC Technician, you should have:

• 3-5 years of experience in CNC and manual machining.
• Familiarity with Prototract, SLX, Siemens, and Shopmill (training available).
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Problem-solving skills and a practical mindset.
• Team player attitude with a keen willingness to learn and apply new skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
