    Join the Global E&C team as a Planning Lead in Aberdeen, embracing a permanent role that presents a pivotal opportunity for an experienced planning professional.

    In this influential position, you will spearhead our dynamic planning function, ensuring uniformity in processes, software utilisation, and effective management of planning services and resources across diverse contracts and clients. Your responsibilities include overseeing planning applications, conducting regular audits to uphold proper usage, and optimising deployment strategies. Take charge of developing, maintaining, and managing procedures and work instructions, ensuring seamless planning output across contracts, clients, and business functions.

    As the line manager for our team of talented Planners, you will report directly to the Project Controls Manager. This role involves personnel management, encompassing objective setting, appraisals, and active support for team and individual development. Additionally, you will be instrumental in the hiring process, handle disciplinary matters, approve holidays, manage sickness notifications, and coordinate resource cover.

    The Lead Planner is tasked with challenging and upholding best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the function.
