Talent Acquisition Specialist in our London office


Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will have the chance to play a key role in ensuring an effective recruiting process on a local scale, contributing to the overall success of the global talent acquisition strategy.

Working alongside an international team, you will have the chance to manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from the definition of the job profile till the extension of the job offer.

Core responsibilities:


  • Work side by side with other members of the HR team to define a shared recruiting strategy
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify and define recruiting needs
  • Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions
  • Screen resumes and carry out screening HR interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Follow up on the interview process status
  • Prepare and extend employment offers
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
  • Stay current on the company's organization structure and personnel policy

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in the IT or Software Industry
  • BA/BSc in HR Management, Economics, Law, Foreign Languages or other relevant fields
  • Basic knowledge of local labor law and HR policies
  • Previous exposure to recruitmentrelated working tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, global and local Job Boards, ATS, Social Media
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; an additional European language is preferred
  • Empathetic, reliable and proactive attitude, with a teamwork mindset
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks independently
