You will have complete autonomy in all aspects of the operation, from maximising revenue and profitability by developing and implementing strategic pricing strategies to forecasting demand, and optimising distribution channels.     What you will be doing

    • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies
    • Analyse market data, competitor pricing, and historical trends to forecast demand and set optimal room rates
    • Utilise revenue management software to optimize pricing across various channels and segments
    • Develop and implement promotional packages and dynamic pricing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue
    • Manage distribution channels
    • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) and other distribution partners
    • Optimise online listings and channel mix to attract the right target audience
    • Monitor channel performance and implement strategies to improve visibility and booking conversion
    • Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and budgets aligned with hotel goals
    • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and channel mix
    • Generate insightful reports and recommendations for enhancing revenue optimization strategies
    • Communicate revenue management strategies and insights to key stakeholders

    You

    • An honest and trustworthy individual with an exemplary track record
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel revenue management
    • Proven track record of success in maximizing revenue and profitability
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management software
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong work ethic
    • Understanding of hospitality industry trends and best practices

    Package Salary £50-60,000 per annum + bonus / Pension / Private Healthcare
