You will be setting and operating Jones & Shipman 1300X, Studer S40, Studer S145, Jones & Shipman Techmaster 634 surface grinder machines.CNC Grinder Duties:

• Machines include: Jones & Shipman 1300X, Studer S40, Studer S145, Jones & Shipman Techmaster 634 surface grinder
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Produce programmes on the machine as and when new products arrive
• Loading and unloading parts onto machines
• Actively provide details of changes to correct /improve production of parts towards improving machining performance
• Use of manual measuring equipment

CNC Grinder Profile:

• 3-5 Years relevant production experience
• Experience of Grinding Operations
• Willing to work shifts and unsociable hours
