- Ensure that product produced conforms to specifications when running machines/samples etc.
- Minimise/record waste, produce quality product, ensure sufficient stock levels, proactively support the Management Team to enhance the implementation of the production plan and delivery to our customers on time and in full (OTIF) and assist in the delivery of the overall business KPI's
- Ensure safe systems and procedures are continually in operation and report any near miss incidents appropriately
- Ensure that communications are clear, effective, concise and act in a non-confrontational manner.
- Prioritise and deploy the necessary resources/equipment as appropriate to maximise Manufacturing performance.
- Report any quality related concerns to your immediate Line Manager and/or Quality.
- Train other staff members in conjunction with the Management Teams requirements and the QMS.
- Ensure that the correct level of documentation is recorded/evidenced and passed to the relevant person in preparation for spot check audits.
