We are looking for a Group Exercise DANCE Class Instructor

Our Fitness Class Instructors are in charge of keeping our clients active and engaged. At Fusion, we offer a wide variety of classes, and as a Fusion Fitness Class Instructor, your role will involve welcoming all clients, designing and delivering top-notch classes, and ensuring that each participant's individual needs are taken care of.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Conduct sessions according to the timetable and ensure classes start on time
• Provide options and achievable goals tailored to individual clients' needs
• Manage class registrations efficiently
• Ensure smooth session operations, including equipment setup and takedown
• Contribute innovative ideas for safe and effective programming
• Take personal responsibility for hygiene and safety policies
• Handle all administrative tasks associated with the role
• Maintain necessary qualifications and training requirements

To excel as a Fusion Fitness Class Instructor, you should have:

• REPS/CIMSPA (Fitness / Exercise to music) level 2 qualification
• Specific qualifications in your discipline
• Prior experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to motivate and inspire others
• Good written and numerical skills
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Flexibility to meet client needs
