    Description

    The Birchwood Group have a reputation for delivering excellent customer service and therefore are looking for a fully qualified MOT Tester

    About the role

    As a Birchwood MOT Tester you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service through technical expertise and high efficiency levels.

    The successful candidate will have a positive attitude combined with the ability to:

    • Carry out MOT tests to the required standard stipulated by the DVSA
    • Complete all associated administration and compliance
    • Carryout basic vehicle servicing and repairs
    • Carryout diagnosis of vehicle faults
    • Repair and rectify electrical and mechanical defects consistently to a high standard of workmanship
    • Follow manufacturers recommended repair processes
    • Carryout electronic vehicle health checks combined with video evidence
    • Complete all associated administration including repair write-ups and warranty claim information
    • Liaise with After-Sales Advisors and work as part of a team

    About you
