    As an SGS Account Manager you would play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and timely product launches.

    Develop account strategies to achieve client goals.

    Attend weekly and ad hoc meetings with clients and partners to provide detailed written and verbal updates on all projects, highlighting any issues or delays.

    Become the SGS expert in the clients business, understanding their product launch process and policy requirements inside out.
    Liaison between internal departments and clients for project queries
    Previous Account Management or Project Management Experience
    An understanding of the Project Management lifecycle
    A working knowledge of Microsoft packages
    Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
    preferably related to food product approval/quality assurance.
    Proven experience in account management, project management, customer care management or other related field.
