    We are looking to grow our team and recruit a Production Team Leader to be responsible for Low Risk area and oversee area within production.

    The ideal candidate would be an ambitious, dedicated and dynamic Production Team Leader who is looking to join a new team and would be able to motive, engage and lead a team of operatives. As a Production Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring that product safety, quality and legality is achieved whilst maintaining high standards and inspiring their team to strive for excellence.

    Shift: Monday-Friday; 06:00-14:30

    Pay Rate: £14.26

    Experience / Knowledge:

  • Prior experience leading a team within the food industry (i.e. Team Leader, Line Leader or equivalent) is preferable
  • Ability to use IT systems, and be comfortable with running and understanding a paperless factory.
  • Ability to lead, communicate and motivate a team. Be able to show initiative and good problem solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of basic food hygiene and health & safety principles
  • Ability to communicate, understand and follow instructions and have good attention to detail
