    We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Reconciliation Manager to join our Reconciliation Services Centre of Excellence team. This role is located in Manchester, UK – Hybrid Model.

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Work closely with teams & managers under your remit to ensure that group delivers seamless services.
  • Working with the team, identify opportunities to enhance the service quality and optimize the overall group.
  • Manage transformation projects and deliver expected outcomes through working with various Stakeholders, Engineering & Reconciliation teams.
  • Liaise with Senior Management, providing appropriate high-level updates and escalations.
  • Identify, develop & retain talent through providing stretch goals/assignments, mentoring & growth opportunities.
  • To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor or higher degree; MBA preferred.
  • years minimum experience in financial industry
  • years managerial experience including managing medium to larger size teams.
  • Experience of managing transformation projects; client on-boarding and operating within budget.
  • Strong people manager with progressive attitude and willingness to challenge the status-quo.
