- Work closely with teams & managers under your remit to ensure that group delivers seamless services.
- Working with the team, identify opportunities to enhance the service quality and optimize the overall group.
- Manage transformation projects and deliver expected outcomes through working with various Stakeholders, Engineering & Reconciliation teams.
- Liaise with Senior Management, providing appropriate high-level updates and escalations.
- Identify, develop & retain talent through providing stretch goals/assignments, mentoring & growth opportunities.
- Bachelor or higher degree; MBA preferred.
