We're seeking an Electrical Qualified Supervisor to bolster our team servicing commercial contracts, with a specific focus on Northern Ireland.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a progressive organisation at the forefront of innovation.

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering electrical and building services engineering maintenance across a range of client properties in the region.

This entails diagnosing electrical faults, executing repairs, conducting routine maintenance, and overseeing installations.

Additionally, you'll fulfil the duties of a NICIEC Qualified Supervisor, requiring relevant qualifications and experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for electrical PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are exceeded
Duties of a NICIEC Qualified Supervisor for which he must have the relevant qualifications and experience
Responsible for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related tasks
To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

City and Guilds
Inspection and Testing Qualification
Experience of working within FM or building services within commercial properties
