    Description

    Now Education are working closely with an Ofsted 'Good' Secondary School in Bromley, who are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join them on a contractual basis as soon as possible.

    The school is located ideally in Bromley and is close to a local train station and local bus routes.

    Role and Responsibilities for Cover Supervisor:
    As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth running of the school by ensuring that students are engaged in meaningful learning activities in the absence of their regular teachers


    Your responsibilities will include:
    1. Delivering pre-prepared lessons as a cover supervisor to students across different year groups and subjects.

    2. Managing the classroom environment and promoting positive behaviour.

    3. Providing guidance and support to students to help them stay on task.

    4. Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and progress.

    5. Collaborating with teaching staff and other cover supervisors to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum.

    6. Assisting with the supervision of students during break times and other non-teaching periods.


    Requirements:
    To be considered for this Cover Supervisor in Bromley position, you should meet the following criteria:
    1. Prior experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting.

    2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    3. Ability to manage a classroom environment effectively.

    4. Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subjects and year groups.

    5. A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
