- Advise on matters relating to landlord and tenant disputes, negotiate with landlords preventing homelessness.
- Effectively Liaises with other agency's
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and meet expectations of own workload.
- Accurate record keeping of actions and outcomes.
- Advocate for customers during court proceedings and injunctions.
- Actively contribute to the councils priorities and outcomes.
