We are a fast growing online tutoring company, specialising in Maths, English, and Science, and are currently looking to expand our vibrant team with a well organised, experienced Senior Finance Administrator.

As a Senior Finance Administrator, your role will be central to the smooth running of our financial operations.

You will be responsible for overseeing payments, diligently managing debts, and ensuring that our financial status is sound and robust.

In addition, you will play a key role in creating, refining, and implementing financial policies and procedures.

The role offers an opportunity to take on a senior position in our company and make a significant impact on our business operations.


Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.

Sensitively chase any outstanding debts and handle debt recovery processes.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding financial matters with professionalism and efficiency.

Maintain, develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Generate and present financial reports.

Collaborate with the wider team and contribute to company strategy and decision-making.

Ensure all financial operations comply with relevant legal regulations and company policies.


Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (essential).

Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Proficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Proven ability to work as part of a collaborative team.

Salary:
£20,320.00-£25,000.00 per year
