- Develop, lead and execute our marketing strategy across EMEA, NA and APAC that displays a deep understanding of the business value Zevero delivers and the challenges we solve
- Utilise digital & traditional marketing channels to drive lead generation
- Oversee the creation of marketing content tailored to different stages of the customer journey
- Shape where our future growth will come from. This may come from maintaining and developing our performance marketing channels (Facebook & Google Ads). Or exploring new channels such as outdoor, growth mechanics (e.g. referrals), SEO, press, community, content, etc
- Create hypotheses around growth blockers (or opportunities) by understanding our outbound sales process and onboarding funnel, and work to improve our messaging and customer experience
- Help Zevero launch in new markets, understanding how needs and behaviour change between countries
- Nurture and educate our core audience and Ideal Customer Profile
- Strategically place Zevero for sustainable growth in a competitive landscape
- Define & measure marketing metrics designed to achieve success
- This role will report directly to the co-founder George Wade, and you'll have the opportunity to establish yourself as the marketing leader at Zevero
- You will need to be happy doing both execution & strategic thinking, as you'll be the 1st person in our Marketing team
- You should have at least 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
- A passion for taking climate action and want to be part of a company that is working towards creating a better world
- You're a smart-thinker who wants to really understand a product and customers, rather than wanting to simply execute a playbook
- You have fantastic verbal and written communication skills. You're a natural at writing clearly and concisely, and comfortable speaking with key stakeholders across all levels. You love working collaboratively with both internal teams (like Product & Growth) and external teams (like ad agencies, designers, and PR specialists)
- You have in-depth knowledge and experience with the latest trends & best practices in SaaS marketing
- You're an excellent storyteller and able to craft messages that really speak to your audience
- Salary range of £60,000-£70,000 - however for the right person the budget can rise
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Flexible hours with core hours of 9.30-3
