We are looking to bring on board achildcare professional on a hour basis at our Kids 1stWynyard centre in Billingham

As a Senior RoomLeader with us, you will guide and support the team by rolemodelling your knowledge and best practice.

In this role you may wishto enrol on a Management Qualification with our very own in-housetraining academy to develop your leadership skills and bag apromotion

Some ofthe things you will do as a Senior Room Leader at

Busy Bees:
As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child'sneeds are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.

Take ownership of the observation, assessments andplanning for your key children in line with EYFS and providedevelopmentally challenging next steps as well as supporting the staffteam.

Ensure we encourage and praise children'sdevelopment and achievements whilst guiding, coaching, and managingour team of practitioners.

To apply for a qualified role, you must hold a Level 3Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a SeniorNursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior NurseryPractitioner.
