    What's expected of you?

    • Working as Group IT Support, you will be reporting to the Group IT Manager. Your main duties will include:
    • Procurement, installation, configuration, maintenance and support of all IT and telecommunications equipment and services throughout the group, including all onsite, offsite and cloud-hosted server, network and user infrastructure.
    • Perform user IT inductions, equipment handover and training, both remotely and in person.
    • Maintenance of the Mobile Device Management system for the group, ensuring the required security, access and reporting levels are met.
    • Support the group-wide information management system, including local and cloud-hosted domain security and administration, site-to-site network communications, remote user access and security.
    • Support the group-wide email and collaboration systems. Assist with the setup, configuration and maintenance of user mailboxes, distribution groups, security permissions, malware protection, transport rules and traffic management.
    • Management of the physical access control system, oversight of all access tokens, maintaining audit trails and reporting, in accordance with the group information security policies and accreditations.
    • Support ongoing group-wide expansion projects, including the installation of infrastructure across the group sites, migration of existing information and processes, information systems upgrade and expansion, liaising with suppliers and consultants as required.
    • Supporting the Group IT function with ad-hoc projects and any other duties commensurate with the role.

    Professional experience and qualifications:

    The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years previous experience in a similar role and will possess qualifications in one or more of the following areas - Computer Science, Networking, Systems Administration, Database Management, Cybersecurity.

    Personal Attributes:

    The ideal candidate will be personable, well mannered and possess good communications skills, both remotely and in person. They should have some previous experience of a user-facing role and be keen to learn new skills
