We are recruiting for the following post:
£22,571 to £24,919 full-time equivalent
Full-time and Part-time available 22.5 hours per week/ 3 days minimum - Permanent
There will be an expectation that the roles will generally involve working from office (safe working practices adhered to) with only limited home working likely.
What you will do:
You will have:
- Ability to deliver on agreed service targets in a flexible, creative way as well as being able to deliver structured interventions in the substance misuse sector
- Knowledge of the key issues facing substance misusers, in particular female substance misusers and a commitment to helping women access relevant support
- Good verbal and written communication skills with excellent IT skills and experience of using data management systems
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as on own initiative
- A resilient, empathetic attitude and work in a way that is reflective, adaptable and nonjudgemental and adhere to professional boundaries at all times
- Understanding and ability to work in a way which is trauma informed
