We are recruiting for the following post:

£22,571 to £24,919 full-time equivalent

Full-time and Part-time available 22.5 hours per week/ 3 days minimum - Permanent

There will be an expectation that the roles will generally involve working from office (safe working practices adhered to) with only limited home working likely.

What you will do:

You will have:

Ability to deliver on agreed service targets in a flexible, creative way as well as being able to deliver structured interventions in the substance misuse sector
Knowledge of the key issues facing substance misusers, in particular female substance misusers and a commitment to helping women access relevant support
Good verbal and written communication skills with excellent IT skills and experience of using data management systems
The ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as on own initiative
A resilient, empathetic attitude and work in a way that is reflective, adaptable and nonjudgemental and adhere to professional boundaries at all times
Understanding and ability to work in a way which is trauma informed
