The Opportunity:
Apprentice Administrator


Contract:
Initially a 15 month FTC to potentially be made permenent after successful completion of Level 2 qualification


Location:
Cannock


You will complete the Briggs Equipment Office Apprentice training programme, which includes completing the 15 month Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship qualification.

The Impact you will have:


  • Company Health and Safety guidelines to be followed at all times, both internally and externally, ensuring our colleagues and customers are safe
  • Administrative support for all excel spreadsheets
  • Estimating, cleansing and chasing
  • Helping & supporting with the regions WIP (Received & Not Received)
  • Invoicing all Completed jobs to 100 % accuracy
  • Processing of Parts Orders with accuracy
  • Receiving & carry out outgoing engineer & customer telephone calls
  • Requesting Purchase Order Numbers Customers
  • Supporting Regional Customer Service Advisors with daily tasks
  • Helping deliver industry leading business performance to exceed regional targets by managing accurate job closure ensuring all parts, labour and other expenses are charged at agreed customer rates optimising business opportunities to generate revenue
  • Working to agreed personal and team regional targets
  • Effective communication with customers
  • Ensuring that the highest level of service and professional assistance is provided to our internal and external customers through accurate and effective communication
    :
  • Actively promote team working ethic and provide support to cover colleagues where applicable
  • Ensuring that personal and departmental objectives are achieved
  • Supporting the regional team to hit or surpass daily / monthly SLA's and KPI's
  • Undertaking any reasonable task requested by any regional line manager
  • Maintaining effective communication with both internal and external customers keeping them informed and managing their expectations at all times
  • Excellent Time Keeping

What will help you to excel in this role:

  • Working in an environment requiring a high level of accuracy
  • Demonstrable experience using the Microsoft package
  • Desirable Qualifications 5 GCSEs Grade C/4 or above, including English & Maths (or equivalent)
