Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of The Hockley Arts Club.

Responsibilities:
Provide visionary leadership to the entire team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability
Oversee all aspects of operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued
Work collaboratively with your team and head office departments to ensure our products and services are of the highest standard
Coordinate and execute engaging events and promotions to attract and retain customers
Maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

Requirements:
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or entertainment industry, preferably in a bar or nightclub setting

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and staff alike
