- Carrying out MOT service and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
- Conduct MOT tests in accordance with DVSA regulations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control on test results and additional work necessary.
- Ensuring quality inspection controls are carried out.
- Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
- Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
- Hold an MOT Tester qualification (Class 4).
- Level 3 in Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent experience.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Passion for the automotive industry.

You will need to have previous experience as an MOT Tester within the motor trade and hold a Class 4 MOT Tester qualification.
