    Requirements

    Heading into 2024, we need an ambitious life sciences recruiter that wants to take full reins of our contracts division whilst working closely with our CEO - currently sitting on £20K weekly GP.
    • The ideal candidate is someone that has Life Science experience running a contract recruitment desk
    • Experience Managing Key Accounts/Dealing with account holders
    • Preferably someone at Team Lead/Manager level
    • Comfortable will FULL AUTONOMY and being the face of the whole department
    • The correct candidate will be integral to how the department is run
    • They would help with the training of new contract recruiters and will manage the entire contract team moving forward
    • Will be self-sufficient
