Description

We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst with public sector experience, who will be required to support the client's Digital Efficiencies programme and work to support other digital transformation activities, reporting into the Head of DigitalTransformation and Digital Efficiencies Programme Manager.

You will be expected to identify business areas that can be improved, increasing efficiency, recommending strong business processes that make use of available digital features and capabilities.

Essential Skills:


  • Have experience of delivering digital transformations
  • Focus on business improvement and business processes and challenge any inefficient processes
  • A data driven individual, who can identify and visualise trends in analysed data and use data to build evidence and support decision making
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills to form productive relationships at the outset with all key stakeholders
  • Able to coach team members
  • Ability to produce cost benefit analysis to support decisions
  • Can produce reports and dashboards to support the delivery

Desirable:


  • Worked previously on Contact Centre digital projects
  • It is preferred that you come from a public sector background

Responsibilities:


You will work with an agile, multi-disciplined team to deliver great product at pace and work will be delivered in short two-week sprints, including daily stand-ups and weekly check-ins to monitor delivery.

You should be able to take a pragmatic approach, workingthrough a backlog to deliver excellent ROI at pace. You will need to work closely with Researchers, Interaction Designers, Developers, Business Leads, and others where appropriate. The business analyst will identify areas of work that will likely produce furtherefficiency through transformation. They will produce a compelling case including a cost benefit analysis that will support their recommendations.

You will work with others to identify and deliver at pace, valued transformational services and products thatwill engage the service and inform our designs.
