Location - Stoke-On-Trent


Hours - Business opening hours are between 8am - 7pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays 8:30am - 1pm;

Shifts:
We have a variety of different shift patterns available including both full and part time.


Salary - £21,000 with additional monthly bonus

The role:


As a Collections Agent you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to collect overdue payments and arrange payment plans.

To be successful you will use your excellent communication and negotiation skills to reach the best and fair resolution for our customers.

You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where 'first call resolution' lies at the heart of what we do.

It is therefore important you are self-motivated and target driven to ensure we provide the best possible customer journey whilst meeting our clients expectations.


The role is challenging yet rewarding as you'll be dealing with a variety of customers with different financial situations each day and tailoring solutions to help them on the road to financial recovery.


To help you launch your career with Advantis, we will provide in-depth induction training where you will quickly become an expert on the Credit Industry and our clients.


The Skills you'll need:


  • To demonstrate drive and enthusiasm
  • Able to project a positive and friendly attitude
  • Ability to listen effectively and communicate clearly over the telephone
  • Resilience, tenacity, and ability to working under pressure
  • Shows selfmotivation and is target focussed
  • Have GCSE Maths and English grades A-C or equivalent
  • Ideally up to 1 years' experience within a customer service retail or hospitality role or in another contact centre
