    Job Summary

    We are seeking an industrial Incident Investigator to jointhe Loss Prevention organization (LP) which is the corporate safetyorganization within the company. We provide both daytoday infieldoccupational and process safety support to This Company operationsas well as centralized technical support and consulting function.Our field offices are located in Abqaiq Riyadh Ras Tanura DhahranUdhailiyah Jeddah (including Yanbu and Jazan) and Tanajib. Throughthese offices LP provides its services to all This Companyfacilities and departments that are located throughout the Kingdom.Your primary role as an industrial Incident Investigator (LossPrevention Engineer) is to help investigate industrial incidents(fires major leaks hydrocarbon explosions etc.) identify properroot causes and the actions necessary to prevent recurrence. Thisincludes preparing draft and final incident reports as well asproviding long term support to address allrecommendations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Investigate industrial incidents particularlythose with significant consequences and comprehend the hazardsassociated with industrial facilities and their correspondingcontrols.
    • Utilize widely accepted forensicscience principles to identify preserve and examine evidencerelated to incidents.
    • Provide support toinvestigation teams by ensuring proper understanding andapplication of investigation techniques.
    • Conduct thorough investigations utilizing appropriateinvestigative tools tailored to the specific incident.
    • Demonstrate an understanding of the causes of incidentsand the influence of human factors.
    • Developand/or meticulously review draft incident investigation reportsoverseeing all stages of the review process.
    • Identify recommendations that warrant globaldissemination for corporatewide implementation.
    • Create lessons learned and craft safety alerts/bulletinsto effectively communicate preventive measures.
    • Educate employees contractors and relevant stakeholdersto facilitate timely sharing of lessons learned.
    • Develop and review corporate safety guidelines pertainingto incident investigations.

    Requirements:

    • This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
    • Possess a Bachelorsdegree in Engineering or Engineering Technology from an AccreditedInstitution.
    • 10 years of experiencespecializing in the investigation of highconsequence (major)industrial incidents.
    • Demonstrate acomprehensive understanding of the tools and techniques commonlyemployed for conducting such investigations.
    • Strong communication skills in English both verbal andwritten.
    • Ability to effectively communicatewith peers and management.
    • Proficiency inproducing clear and concise oral and written reports inEnglish.
