    The Opportunity

    We are currently looking for a Learning & Development Manager based in our Dundee site to join our Business Human Resources department.

    As a L&D Manager, you will be responsible for employee career development and for planning, designing and delivery training programs that make the best use of employees current and future abilities.

    What You'll Do

    • Apply highly developed specialist knowledge and skills in the design, development and delivery of training programs, works with managers on learning needs of their staff
    • Responsible for complex analysis of the training needs of employees to develop training programs that enhance know-how, skills and performance
    • Design, resource and deliver training programs, or recommend externally-provided programs
    • Source and evaluate third party training programs
    • Counsel employees about the organisations training programs and policies and arrange for them to participate in internal and external training, ensuring training resources are allocated effectively
    • Maintain and analyse organisation and individual training records
    • Compile handbooks, manuals, guides and other training materials
    • Co-ordinate new starter inductions including presenters and materials
    • Work with interns including their onboarding/induction and tracking progress with their intern placement
    • Track and analyse Quality Document Training compliance

    Required Qualifications & Skills

    • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent including learning and development modules
    • Relevant learning and development experience within a highly regulated industry
    • Good attention to detail
    • Excellent timekeeping and organisation skills
    • Good communication skills, written and spoken
    • Able to work flexibly and as part of a small team
    • Working knowledge of MSOffice
    • Working knowledge of Sharepoint and PowerBi preferred but not essential
