    Were currently looking for an Area Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis and focus on regeneration farming across the Midlands area.

    As an Area Manager, you will work with farmers in the Midlands area to maximise the supply and quality of milk products produced from regenerative farming.

    Youll develop and implement an effective farm recruitment and retention strategy, building and managing our new regenerative milk pool in this area.

    Your aim will be to increase the supply of quality milk and enable us to deliver for our customers.

    Build trust and strong relationships with dairy farmers and stakeholders within the region

    • Monitor and produce reviews on milk quality
    • Knowledge and awareness of agricultural issues, especially in the dairy farming sector
    • A full, valid driving licence
