Job descriptionService Advisor– Main Dealership –Liverpool Our client is a main dealership and have the requirements for an experienced, high performing Service Advisor to join their successful Aftersales team in Bolton Basic salary - £28 500 OTE - £36,000 Hours – 8am to 6pm 5 days a week Saturday rota 8am to 1pm (1 in 3) Key role and responsibilities for this Service Advisor role in LiverpoolEnsure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional mannerAdvise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertakenSell additional products as appropriate to customers' needsAdvise on timescales and collection arrangementsProduce job cards on in-house computer systemUpdate customer and vehicle recordsDocument all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policyPreparation and completion of invoicesMinimum requirements for this Service Advisor role in LiverpoolExperience in a similar role, as a Service Admin / Service Advisor or similarAn ability to sell additional products and services to customerExperience of using commercial databasesExcellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer serviceThe ability to manage multiple tasksService Advisor - Main Dealership – Liverpool
