    The Deal Desk Support will serve as the Business Partner for our Regional Sales in Southwest. In a dynamic and rapidly expanding company, the role involves supporting

    Sales to optimize their deal structure with finance, revenue recognition and legal to contribute to ambitious targets. With strong communication skills, the position partners with regional management to provide business insights and advice to Sales executives in structuring. The role is a key supportive function within the Sales process across the Region. Reporting to the Team Leader Deal Desk Region for South and West Europe, this role plays a key part in the following tasks :

    • Be the trusted advisor to Sales Executives on deal reviews, structure and booking.
    • Lead and handle deal exceptions on non-standard terms
    • Working across teams to appreciate deal economics to arrive at the best possible solution for the customer
    • Review and approve deal terms request.
    • Driving the approvals from different stakeholders to get the document ready for signature.
    • Work across with Finance, Rev Rec, Partners, Consulting and other relevant teams to ensure all relevant approvals and deal details are gathered in our systems
    • Provide active support in rational problem solving and performance improvement projects at all level of the organization
    • Train and enable the team on our system for : quoting, pricing, policies, and processes
    • Develop metrics and reporting to evaluate our deal processes
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the global service (optimization rationalization standardization)
    • Promote license delivery to our customers

    Qualifications

    • Proven history in a similar role – with very good background in operations.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills
    • Working knowledge of sales processes, software pricing/discounting, contracting, and negotiation strategy
    • Ability to use software, documentation, and training to streamline and build robust processes
    • Strong project management skills
    • Proven history and finance knowledge in IT, preferably in the software industry
    • Fully fluent in English (oral and written); French & Portuguese preferred but not mandatory.
