    Summary of the role:

    The Customer Growth Director (CGD) is a senior level position holding overall responsibility for Growth, business development and new sales within their designated market sector and the key interlink between sales, service delivery and account management. The CGD will be responsible for hitting business plan across the portfolio of customers within their sector which will consist of new customers, expansion of services within existing customers and the origination of new tenders and RFI's. They will be required to take a lead in the sales process from contact, qualification, RFP response business case build, due diligence through to deal closure. The CGD will be expected to assist in the definition and creation of Service Value Propositions to ensure that we creative robust workforce solutions that are designed and developed to meet the needs of our customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the Growth and development of designated Sector(s) within the business
    • Working in collaboration with the sales team to become SMEs within their designated sector(s), developing a sales strategy to win new clients, targeting both transactional and strategic sales
    • Working with the Customer Experience team to deliver and grow existing accounts with overall responsibility for the service delivery and customer relationships
    • Support the Customer Experience team with monthly and quarterly customer review meetings as well as the creation and updating of Account Plans
    • Networking and building customer relationships at C-Suite level, HRDs and procurement in order to position as strategic partners, ensuring we achieve and exceed customer expectations
    • As part of the Senior Management Team, the CGD will drive best practice, collaboration and values within the team, supporting junior members and inspiring others to succeed
    • Responding to RFIs, tenders and new business opportunities, utilising salesforce to track all opportunities until closure.
    • Leading pitches and presentations and utilising SMEs where needed to add credibility and gain buy in
    • Providing regular reporting (monthly/quarterly) to the SLT on existing customer growth, new customer opportunities and sales strategy progress
    • Supporting marketing to develop collateral and content to be used on social media and campaigns
    • Working with internal finance and commercial teams to ensure solutions are properly costed at acceptable margins and that Ts and Cs are in line with business requirements

    Experience Required:

    • Track record and evidence of successful individual achievement within Total Talent, Perm, Contingent, RPO or MSP and Solution Sales (statement of work, employed resource or graduates).
    • Developing solutions which incorporate all the different components of a comprehensive workforce solution including people, process and technology.
    • Problem solving, identifying and understanding key client issues and developing innovative and compelling solution.
    • Designing and leading internal and external presentations.
    • An excellent presenter with good verbal and written communications skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
    • Good financial and commercial skills with an understanding of contractual risk and financial modelling.

    • Actively focused on achieving results and objectives and being accountable.
    • Office 365 (Excel/PPT/Word), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce
    • Understanding of IT Infrastructure and Software Development terminology and languages

    • Understanding of business change processes and transformation industry standards
    • Experience of analysing technology environments
    • Experience and familiarity with IT industry, skills, updates on trends and innovative products
    • Experience of working with technology manufacture, IT consultancies and technology solutions organisations Academic and Professional Qualifications
