- Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Deliver strategies to ensure achievement of the H&S objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to health and safety, including incident reports, training records, and safety data sheets.
- Provide professional leadership, support, and development to team members.
- To drive continuous improvement in departmental costs.
- 5+ years' experience within a dynamic and broad manufacturing environment.
- NEBOSH Certification but Diploma qualified would be desirable.
- Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
- A strong track record of leading and motivating teams in previous positions.
- Strong organisational skills and an exceptional attention to detail.
- Paying circa £60,000
- 10% bonus
- 25 days holidays + bank holidays
- 5% pension
- Onsite Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm
