Description

Organise, support and manage teams and sub-contractors, to ensure efficient and effective execution of work, in a cost efficient and productive manner, that achieves contractual requirements and objectives and targets in customer satisfaction, quality, health & safety, performance and commercial margins.

Develop, improve and embed working practices to maximise day to day organisation, production and management of CDM on site, planning and control of labour, plant and resources to ensure efficiency.

Lead and inspire your teams in H&S, quality and working practices to improve health and safety, quality, productivity and efficient delivery.

Comply with the responsibilities laid down in corporate policies to ensure a safe working environment for your teams, subcontractors and members of the public.

Ensure the approval and review of contractor method statements, prepare and review risk assessments and the issue of necessary Health and Safety documentation.

Ensure that all team members and sub-contractors have appropriate training to be compliant and competent.
Minimise the risk of fatigue and other well- being issues.
Lead on managing vehicles and drivers in compliance with the Clancy driving standards policy and highway code.
Minimise customer contacts by encouraging a right first time culture and driving team to deliver service excellence and deal with escalated customer queries /complaints
