Are you highly organised, skilled at reviewing processes and a good motivator?


Sora Recruitment & HR are delighted to be recruiting for a brand-new opening for a Team Leader within a rapidly growing and fast paced property maintenance company, based in Bristol.


Successful applicants will be positive, professional individuals who work well under pressure and have experience within finance and either aspire to, or have supervised a small team.

Key elements of what we are looking for you to demonstrate are:

  • IT Literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Sage Accounts.
  • Team player.
  • Be able to work to deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, prioritisation, and ability to manage a demanding workload.

Main duties will include but aren't limited to:

  • Production of weekly reports to monitor and assist team productivity.
  • Work closely alongside Account Mangers to provide MI on individual accounts.
  • Reviewing/approving/raising internal credit notes.
  • Proactively encourage and engage the team to achieve collective targets.
  • Act as first point of contact for team escalations.
  • Support with the onboarding process of new team members.
  • Contribute ideas to support streamlining the business challenging existing processes.
  • Assist the Team Manager with reporting and daily oversight of the team.

Package and Benefits:

  • Salary: Starting from £27,000 per annum.
  • Holiday entitlement: 20 days plus bank holidays, with increases of 1 day per year of service up to 23 days.
  • Contract: Permanent, Fulltime.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am5:00pm.
