    Description

    The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques - however, this is not a requirement.

    Our client is a large Multidisciplinary Contractor and this position is in the roofing arm of the business.
    Project Assessment

    • Contract Negotiation
    • Project Coordination
    • Quality Assurance
    • Comprehensive understanding of roofing systems, materials, installation methods, and industry standards.

    Analytical Skills:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex project requirements and specifications.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and team members.
    Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in preparing cost estimates and project documentation.

    Computer Skills:
    Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant computer applications.

    Organizational Skills:
    Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

    Teamwork:
    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or professional training in roofing estimation may also be advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
