As they continue to expand their impact, they are seeking a highly motivated Finance Director to join their team and lead efforts in securing lending and equity funding for their ambitious projects.

Research and identify potential lending and equity funding opportunities for ESG projects, both domestically and internationally.
Stay informed about government funding programs and initiatives supporting renewable energy and sustainability projects.
Collaborate with financial institutions, private equity firms, and other funding sources to secure partnerships and investment commitments.
Prepare comprehensive and compelling funding proposals to attract investment for ESG projects.
Collaborate with legal and financial experts to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Work to optimize financial structures that align with the goals of both the organization and funding partners.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in fundraising, finance, or a related field, with a focus on renewable energy projects.
Extensive network in the financial industry, including Joint Venture Capitalists, institutional investors, and equity funding markets.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
