    Job Title: HR Manager (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

    Salary: Up to £55,000

    4. Provide strategic HR support and guidance to management and staff.

    Requirements:

    1. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably within the food manufacturing, logistics, or distribution industries.
    2. Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    4. Ability to drive change and foster a positive work culture.
    5. CIPD Level 5 or above
