Aldermaston Recreational Society is looking to recruit a Sous Chef who has experience working in a culinary role, preferably with supervisory skills.

Duties & responsibilities;
Assist & support the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen.
Ensure all food safety proceudres are adhered to.
Competent organisational skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
