MMR Research Worldwide is a rapidly growing consumer marketing and product development research agency specializing in the food, beverage, personal care, and household care sectors. We work with iconic everyday consumer brands as well as emerging innovators.

As a Product Hub Logistics Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the logistics and supply chain operations of our innovative agile research platform, Product Hub. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of products for sensory research.

What is Product Hub?

Product Hub is an intuitive platform that provides FMCG brands with comprehensive consumer and sensory research solutions. It brings together MMR's expertise and a range of product evaluation tools to enable high-quality, consumer-centric decision-making in a fast and efficient manner.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations of Product Hub
• Coordinating with external partners and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of products
• Developing and implementing logistics strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Monitoring inventory levels and implementing strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate logistics processes with other aspects of Product Hub
• Providing regular updates on logistics performance and proposing improvement initiatives

About you

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Prior experience in logistics management or supply chain operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to handling logistics challenges
• Knowledge of agile research or the FMCG industry is a plus, but not required
