The ideal subcontractor will have at least 5 years qualified experience and hold the following qualifications:

NVQ L317th Edition18th Edition preferred or the openness to work towards it2391 Test & Inspection CertGold CardECS CardExperience/qualifications in solar PV desired but not essentialExperience/qualifications in EV charger installations desired but not essentialIPAF would be advantageousPASMA would be advantageousDriving licence essentialThe company covers contracts that are nationwide, however most of the jobs will be in West Yorkshire, but the willingness to travel outside of West Yorkshire is required.

The hourly rate starts at £22 dependent on experience for subcontractors and Optima Electrical are looking for someone to start immediately.

Subcontractors will be required to provide their own vehicle and tools. There may be potential for full-time employed hours going forward if interested.

Optima Electrical are also open to individuals who would like to work on an employed basis (see above for salary info), in which case Optima Electrical would provide a company vehicle and tools.
