    This multidiscipline Construction Consultancy are looking for a BIM Technician to join their large M&E team in Solihull.

    With over 70 years of experience, 950 employees and 12 offices across the UK, this company provide many different services within the Built Environment such as Building Services Engineering, Sustainability & ESG, and Architecture.


    Delivering expertise in a range of sectors including Defence & Security and Arts, Culture & Heritage, they have worked on huge projects in the UK, such as the RAF Museum in Hendon and the Queen Elizabeth School in Solihull, as well as big projects worldwide.

    As a BIM Technician, you will be part of a large and diverse team working together to bring innovative solutions for clients.

    They are committed to reducing their environmental impact by partnering with local businesses and resources, and have made their way up Building Magazine's 'Top 150 Consultants' list.


    Every day, you will be responsible for providing Revit and AutoCAD design support on prestigious projects from large industrial and commercial schemes with contract values over £30 million to smaller schemes, with the overall aim to minimise the carbon footprint and impact on the environment.

    Currently, this team are working on projects for airports, MOD, and the police with £120 million.


    You will be exposed to many sectors and many cultures working with interesting clients including large retail companies, local authorities, Schools/Universities, contractors, and developers.

    What they are looking for in the successful BIM Technician:

    Industry experience as a BIM Technician.
    Building Services or BIM related HNC/HND/degree.
    Great knowledge of Revit is essential.
