    We are looking for a skilled Receptionist to join our London office. This role requires the individual to be in-office five days a week, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

    • Answer and screen incoming calls for the office efficiently, warmly, and professionally.
    • Arrange and coordinate food and beverages for meetings as requested by the investment staff and/or executive assistants.
    • Coordinate and ensure a neat appearance of the reception area and conference rooms.
    • Order transportation when needed for guests and employees.
    • Complete stationery and bottled water orders, weekly grocery orders, and daily lunch orders for the staff.
    • Assist with Accounts Payable by gathering monthly invoices, scanning, and uploading to the Accounts portal.
    • Handle copying, mailing, and shipping requests.
    • Make travel arrangements (domestic & international), including flight reservations, hotel accommodations, car service, etc.
    • Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
    • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Phone System experience on Cisco IP Phone series is beneficial, although not mandatory.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • A competitive package including a base salary and an annual performance bonus.

    • The company currently contributes 15% of compensation to an employee-directed pension scheme.

    TA uses E-Verify, a web-based system for employers to confirm employees' work eligibility.
