- Utilise your expertise to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Adapt to changes in organizational structure and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience in town Planning, with a track record of successful project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of planning regulations and procedures in the UK.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Chartered status is preferred but not required; principal planners looking to step up are encouraged to apply.
- RTPI accredited degree or similar.

Location: South Benfleet
Hours: 10am - 4pm, including hybrid working
Salary: £48,474 - £55,309 per annum DOE
Are you a dynamic and motivated Planning professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented Planning Manager to join our client and play a pivotal role in their planning team.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in a planning consultancy or local authority is a must. Please note that applications won't be considered without the criteria being met.
