THE BUSINESS

A rapidly expanding group of businesses in the built environment space with interests in real estate, lettings, land development and construction.

Several businesses in the group have been trading for many years but they have an exciting "start-up" and entrepreneurialculture where no two days are the same and new opportunities arise daily.

Diversification and innovation are at the forefront of the board's strategy agenda.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Group MD, and working with four divisional MDs to grow their respective businesses
Full responsibility for the marketing function
Digital marketing and social media
Comms and PR
Managing relationships with agencies and freelancers
Driving the growth strategy with innovative solutions to scale the business
Managing the investment agenda, working with the CEO to determine new investment channels
The production of highquality, best in class marketing collateral
Making the most of modest online/offline budgets to facilitate scale
Key member of the SLT
Generating new sales leads (direct mail/Mail Chimp)
Analysing leads and goals and tracking the effectiveness of campaigns and measuring ROI
Increasing general brand awareness and market share
Coordinating marketing strategies with the other teams within the business
Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management
Representing the business at trade shows and major industry events

THEPERSON

Ambitious selfstart, strong personality, resilient, tenacious, and strong work ethiic
The ability to collaborate with a dynamic entrepreneur, and demanding division leader
Graduate or graduate calibre, ideally CIM qualifiied
Confident, a good presenter, strong eye for detail
