Our client is an established wealth manager who are looking to hire a Client Services Graduate to join their existing team based in Chester.

This role could suit someone with previous experience in the financial service industry and ideally wealth management.

The role is for someone who has the ambition to work in the financial services industry and develop their skills whilst learning new ones daily.

Responsibilities of the Client Services Executive

Managing leads with the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Accurate and timely client data entry onto thirdparty platforms/systems to specified Service Level Agreements
Adherence to Client Service procedures
Ensuring all new business and centralised servicing queries are directed to the relevant team to be processed within set SLAs
Document management ensure documentation is scanned, saved, and archived in accordance with department operating procedures
Liaising and working with colleagues within the Practice to ensure success and operational efficiency and profitability.

Knowledge/Experience

The motivation to pursue a longterm career in the financial services industry.
Is holding or is looking to pursue investment management qualifications.
