- Supervise and train pastry team members to ensure adherence to high standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Contribute to inventory management, procurement, and cost control initiatives to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist in maintaining impeccable cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the pastry kitchen.
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality establishment.
- Strong proficiency in pastry techniques, dessert preparation, and presentation.
- Creative flair and passion for innovation, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of ingredients, flavors, and pastry trends.
