    Key Responsibilities:

    • Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive business growth, expand market share, and capitalise on emerging opportunities.
    • Financial Management: Oversee all financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring sound financial controls are in place to optimise profitability.
    • Operational Excellence: Lead operational initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Leadership and Team Development: Inspire, mentor, and empower a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
    • Performance Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to improve business performance across all functions, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.
    • EBITDA and Revenue Growth: Drive sustainable EBITDA and revenue growth through strategic initiatives, market expansion, and innovation, while optimising cost structures and enhancing margins.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, regulators, and industry associations, to enhance the company's reputation and influence.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Proven track record of senior leadership experience in the TIC industry or a related field, with a strong emphasis on commercial, financial, and operational management.
    • Demonstrated success in driving EBITDA and revenue growth, achieving financial targets, and maximising shareholder value.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans, identify market trends, and capitalise on growth opportunities.
    • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team of professionals.
    • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyse financial data, make informed decisions, and mitigate risks.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
