    One of our clients, a managed workspace provider in London, is looking for a new Operations Manager to join their team.

    Role:To oversee the day to day running of the building and ensure that we provide a consistently exceptional standard of customer service and professionalism to internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the workspace is fully operational, looking at its best at all times, and that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. The role would suit someone who will respond and deal with matters reactively as well as proactively. Has a creative flair, is thorough and has a keen eye for detail and enjoys getting involved in the finer points of the job.

    Responsibilities will include:

    ? Overseeing the day to day running of the building? Carrying out facility management related routines as required? Regular reporting of FM related performance or concerns to the head of facilities? Liaising with our client on a daily basis to efficient in dealing with any issues or requests? Ensuring that reception provide a professional, responsive and efficient service? Ensuring the reception area and breakout areas are always well presented and welcoming to clients and visitors? Conducting daily housekeeping checks and maintaining the aesthetics of the building? Liaising with the cleaning teams to ensuring that high standards of cleaning are maintained? Ensuring that contractors and cleaners are managed efficiently and the relevant signing in and housekeeping procedures are being followed? Promote and comply with Health & Safety policy and procedures? Ensuring that we comply with the client's building procedures? Supporting the clients with any events as required? Ensuring that meeting rooms and common areas are clean and well presented? Managing stock levels, ordering supplies as required? Conducting proactive audits on our equipment and services? Supporting reception when required to provide a professional, responsive and efficient service

    The Requirements:

    ? Proactive hands-on approach to work, no activity is beneath you? Experience of a client-facing service role with great customer service? Ability to think on your feet and make sound and considered decisions? Great planning, organising and multitasking skills? Excellent written and oral English language skills? Drive to progress within the role
