    Due to the exponential growth weve achieved within our Software Defined Storage division throughout the past 3 years, we are looking to add a focused, strategic and innovative leader to head up the team.

    Key responsibilities will include enhancing our sales enablement approach within our UK and EU organisations, setting joint strategies with key vendors to achieve joint growth and creating partner enablement strategies to accelerate and support customers growth potential.

    Implementing and driving a high-performance culture daily, where each team member feels valued, empowered, have a voice and therefore perform to the best of their abilities
    A strong understanding of the Enterprise IT market, particularly in Server, Storage and Infrastructure
    A strategic mindset with examples of success in creating, implementing and tracking progress of strategy/planning
